Guest blogger Linda Davis samples Graeter's Ice Cream

Kevin Duffy was kind enough to send me 6 pints of Graeter’s Ice Cream.  Ironically, the ice cream arrived today, one of the hottest days ever in Eastern, Connecticut with temperatures in the upper 90’s and heat indexes well above 100 – very unusual for the shoreline of Connecticut.  While the Chocolate Mint Chips was my personal favorite, my husband was wildly enthusiastic about the Black Raspberry Chip.  I took some time to visit the Graeter’s Website and read about the history of the Graeter family and their deep roots in Cincinnati.  The family has been making ice cream since 1870 using the French Pot process which accounts for the irresistible creaminess.  Additionally, I discovered that the Graeter’s made dandy candy!  Perhaps I can convince Kevin to send me some!

How to find the best mortgage rate in Cincinnati

The best rate is going to be found by your Realtor. Everyday I have calls and emails from good experienced loan origination officers. Search For All Homes Available in the Polo Fields Subdivision, Cincinnati OH

Did you ever wonder how a Realtor of 20 years decides to choose where live. In 2003 we outgrew our  Mt Washington, Anderson Township area, 3 bedroom ranch, not necessarily because it was too small. The real reason was the need to be around more families like ourselves. We wanted a swim pool but we wanted someone else to take care of it. We chose the Polo Fields Neighborhood subdivision  in Clermont County in Cincinnati Ohio. This neighborhood is in the Milford School District. The Milford school district has had an Excellent rating for many years. Our neighborhood currently has about 500 homes and when finished there will be about 700 homes. The homes are being built by Fischer Homes and Zaring Homes.  Polo Fields subdivision will never be the largest neighborhood. The largest neighborhood in North Eastern Cincinnati is Miami Trails.
